Who is responsible for this

Rollfuse is the controller of the data described on this page: we decide why it is collected and what is done with it. For anything to do with your personal data — including asking us to erase what we hold — write to privacy@rollfuse.com. This page covers only what is stored in your browser; the privacy policy covers everything else, including how long each store of personal data is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Read the privacy policy

Necessary

Always active. These make the site work at all, and we cannot switch them off. They do not track you across other sites.

Kept for: Up to 12 months, and the session cookies only until you close the browser. Each cookie's own lifetime is in the table below.

Analytics

Only with your permission. Lets us see which pages you visited and in what order, so we can tell what is working. We store this ourselves; we do not sell or share it.

Kept for: Up to 12 months in your browser. The visit history we record from it is kept for 14 months, and your consent decision itself for 5 years, so we can show what you authorized and when.

Marketing

Only with your permission. Lets our advertising partners recognise this browser so we can measure our campaigns and show you relevant ads. If you arrived from one of our Google ads, we also keep the click identifier Google added to the link (gclid) with your visit. If you then create an account, or later pay for a plan, we report that outcome to Google Ads against that identifier, with the amount paid. Nothing else about you is sent with it.

Kept for: Up to 24 months, set and kept by Google and Meta under their own policies rather than ours. The click identifier and the outcomes reported against it are kept on our servers for 14 months; once reported, Google keeps its copy under its own policy.

Measurement before and despite a refusal

Our advertising tag from Google (Google Tag Manager) loads on every page, including before you decide and after you refuse. While you have not granted marketing consent it is explicitly told to store nothing, and it stores nothing on your device. It does still send Google a request that carries your IP address, your browser's user agent, and which page you were on, which Google uses to estimate campaign results in aggregate. Meta's tag is different: it does not load at all unless you grant marketing consent, so refusing means Meta receives nothing.

Changing your mind

Use the cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing analytics consent deletes the ids above from your browser and stops us recording anything further. You can also ask us to erase the visit history already recorded for you.
