Subprocessors
The outside services that process personal data on our behalf, what each one does, and where it does it.
Effective date: 2026-09-13 · Version: 1.0.0
Who processes data on our behalf
This list is compiled from the services the platform actually integrates with, not from a template. If a service is not on it, it does not receive personal data from us.
| Subprocessor | What it does | Where it processes data |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | United States |
| Amazon Web Services | Application hosting, database, and object storage for support attachments | United States (us-east-1) |
| Grafana Cloud | Observability, error and performance telemetry | United States |
| Social sign-in authentication | United States |
How we confirmed this list
Every processing location above is checked against what we actually run, not assumed from a plan or a sales page. Grafana Cloud's region, in particular, is confirmed against the endpoint our own infrastructure sends telemetry to in production, which names the specific region it points to.
When this list changes
Before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data on our behalf, we update this list and move its effective date, at least 30 days before that subprocessor begins. If you hold a data processing agreement with us, that agreement's own objection process applies; otherwise, watching this page's effective date is how you find out.
