Terms of service
The agreement between you and us about using the platform.
Effective date: 2026-09-13 · Version: 1.0.0
Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Rollfuse ("we", "us") and the organisation on whose behalf an individual creates an account ("you", "your organisation"). The person who signs up represents that they are authorised to accept these terms and to bind the organisation named on the account to them; we rely on that representation and do not independently verify it.
Where an individual signs up without naming an organisation, these terms bind that individual directly, on the same substance as if they had.
What we provide
Rollfuse provides a hosted platform for managing feature flags, staged rollouts, experiments, deployment guardrails and the audit trail of who changed what, delivered as a subscription rather than software you install and run yourself.
A subscription entitles you to use the plan's stated capabilities and limits for as long as it is active and paid for. We may add capabilities, adjust limits, or change how a feature works, at any time. Where a change would remove a capability you are actively relying on or make the service materially worse for you, we will tell you before it takes effect rather than after; a change that only adds or improves something needs no advance notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to store or transmit content you do not have the right to share. You may not attempt to gain access to another organisation's data, probe or bypass rate limits and other technical protections, reverse engineer the service beyond what the law expressly allows, or resell or sublicense access to it without our agreement.
If we reasonably believe an account is being used this way, we may suspend it while we look into it, and we will tell you why as soon as doing so does not itself create a further risk (for example, tipping off someone engaged in an active attack).
Fees, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance, through Stripe, at the price and interval shown for the plan you choose, and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled first.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for, and the plan remains active until that period ends. There is no early-termination fee.
After a subscription ends, your account and its data follow the periods stated in the privacy policy rather than being deleted immediately, so that a renewal or an export request in the days after cancellation still has something to act on.
Availability
We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment or service credits. Internally, we target 99.5% availability per calendar month, measured by an external probe rather than a metric we control, and that figure is the ceiling for anything we would ever state externally about uptime. We will not publish a better number than the one actually measured.
Where we know in advance that planned maintenance will affect availability, we tell you before it happens rather than after.
Your data
What we do with personal data, and for how long, is in the privacy policy rather than duplicated here — one statement that can be kept correct beats two that can drift apart.
Liability
Neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, even if that loss was foreseeable.
Each side's total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to a breach of confidentiality, to either side's indemnification obligations where the law requires them, or to a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and let your subscription lapse at any time, as described under fees and billing. We may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of acceptable use, for non-payment left uncorrected after we have told you about it, or where continuing would put us in breach of the law, giving you notice first except where an immediate risk makes that impossible.
Ending the agreement does not cancel a payment obligation for service already provided, and the sections on liability and on how your data is retained and erased survive it.
Governing law
Placeholder — this section's wording is not yet drafted.
This section will name the law that governs this agreement and where a dispute is heard. It is blank because the answer depends on a registered legal entity that does not exist yet, and guessing at it would be worse than leaving it open.
Changes to these terms
This page carries an effective date and a version marker at the top. When we change the substance, both move, and you are asked to accept the new version rather than being deemed to have accepted it by carrying on.
